This innovative renovation is Urban Splash's most successful conversion - there's NOTHING we dislike about it! The original Art Deco section has superb loft apartments with high ceilings, concrete columns and intelligent layouts. The new-build section is equally as good, with acres of glass, internal balconies and smart kitchens. If you're an exhibitionist then the glass-fronted apartments overlooking the main road are the ones to choose - but we prefer the quiet ones at the back, with their views of the communal gardens and the iconic plastic cows. Our favourite detail is the communal hallway; the slate floors, wooden walls and hidden door handles look amazing!
