Whitehall Quay is one of the most sought-after apartment blocks in Leeds, and it's easy to see why. It has a quirky contemporary design, it's located on one of the quietest streets in the city centre and it has wonderful water views. We really like this block, the cascading curved walls are a nice design touch, as are the triangular balconies and the porthole windows. But it's the building's waterfront setting that really sells it, this stretch of the River Aire is the nicest one in town, it's quiet, peaceful and lined by mature trees. The only factor that prevents Whitehall Quay from getting a our top 10/10 luvthecity rating is the room dimensions; for such a high-quality development the living spaces and second bedrooms should have been considerably larger
