Who are you?
We're a UK internet company specialising in property; from advertising to marketing, photography and furniture supply. Luvthecity is a trademark of Luvthecity Limited, we're registered in the sunny garden of England and we work in the rainy city of Manchester! We also sell contemporary furniture to go with all the lovely apartments we advertise! If you'd like to get in touch with us, you can contact us here

Why is it free to advertise on Luvthecity?
Britain's city-centre property market has had a bad few years recently so to help it recover from the credit crunch we offer free adverts to everyone; estate agents; landlords and private sellers (we're nice like that!)

Why do you only list city-centre properties?
We believe that niche advertising is the best way to find the right buyers and tenants. Our users are serious about city-centre property and they know where they want to live

Are you launching in other cities?
Yes, we're expanding fast. Next stop Newcastle and Gateshead...

What are the arrows for at the top of the listings page?
They're to help you re-order the listings by price, size or date (click on them and have a go!)

Can I search for an individual apartment block?
Of course - there's a pull-down menu box on the left-hand menu of the results page

How old are the property listings?
To keep Luvthecity fresh we always remove rental properties after 30 days and sale properties after 90 days so you can always be sure that luvthecity's properties are up-to-date

Your photos are great! Can we use them for our own website?
Sorry, no! All the photographs on luvthecity are taken by our own photographers and we have exclusive copyright. BUT... if you really want to use a photo for commercial purposes, ask us how much and we'll donate 50% to charity!

How do I advertise?
Send an email to our advertising team and they'll get right back to you

Why isn't my apartment block on here?
Occasionally some slip through the net so if your block isn't listed drop us an email

Your listings are wrong!
Doh! Pubs close, shops open... we're not always right! So if you do spot a mistake please email us the correct details (thanks!)

Can I work for luvthecity?
All our positions are currently filled but if you're an amateur photographer or a geeky architecture fan please get in touch via email
