Portland Place is one of only two apartment blocks located next to the wonderful Millennium Square, so it's pretty sought-after. It's a nicely designed contemporary block with attractive Art Deco style curved steel balconies and nice attention-to-detail throughout. With only 20 apartments it's a niche development and feels quite intimate. There are attractive communal areas and wooden floors in all the living spaces. The kitchens and bathrooms won't win any design awards but Portland Place's biggest selling point is the location - the east-facing views across Millennium Square are wonderful, with all apartments having either a balcony or a terrace
