Portland Place is one of only two apartment blocks located next to the wonderful Millennium Square, so it's pretty sought-after. It's a nicely designed contemporary block with attractive Art Deco style curved steel balconies and nice attention-to-detail throughout. With only 20 apartments it's a niche development and feels quite intimate. There are attractive communal areas and wooden floors in all the living spaces.
