With its distinctive red-brick facade and hexagonal-shaped turrets this imposing block is one of the few fully-gated developments in the city and is surrounded by large well-planted communal grounds. There are three separate blocks; a west-facing block with direct river views; a north-facing block vith views towards South Ferry Basin and an L-shaped block with views across the communal grounds. Despite its age, the block still looks pretty good and there are some interesting room shapes and generous layouts, especially in the corner units. Some of the top floor apartments have wide terraces and the kitchens are nicely fitted with simple grey and wood units and stone-coloured flooring
