Located adjacent to the historic Albert Dock, this large contemporary development is one of Liverpool's most prominent buildings. Royal Quay consists of seven individual blocks, all built around a large private garden. It's a modern design with wide terraces and balconies to all apartments and fantastic duplexes on floors six and seven. We really like the curved roof and the porthole windows, and the location takes some beating. There are large expanses of water on three sides and you can walk to Liverpool One is just a couple of minutes. Royal Quay was one of the first dockside developments, so many of the apartments have been refurbished with a wide variety of styles and finishes, but it's the value-for-money that really sells Royal Quay - you can rent or buy in this block for nearly half the cost of the neighbouring buildings, One Park West and The Colonnades - it offers dockside living at a pretty competitive price
