The wooden floors and iron columns are great, but it's the brick vaulted ceilings we like - they are pretty rare and few developers bother to leave them in. The building has a great scale about it too; imposing and handsome but not intrusive. The area is really convenient for both workers and students and you can walk into town in just a few minutes. The only factor that stops it being our No.1 block in Manchester is the local student population... these narrow streets can be a little lively at weekends!
