One of Manchester's most beautiful buildings, Asia House is a superbly-restored Victorian masterpiece. Located on busy Princess Street, few of the apartments overlook the main road, so it's pretty quiet inside. There is an impressive entrance hall, a large white-tiled atrium and some really impressive communal spaces. The apartments are considerably larger than comparable blocks and the ones in the centre of the building have HUGE full-width windows. There are newer and better fitted-out blocks nearby, but you can't beat this building for originality and value-for-money.
