Cornwallis Court is one of the city's most handsome warehouse conversions. Located in the heart of the fashionable Rope Works district, this five-storey block has some really nice interior spaces. The communal entrance hall with its exposed brickwork and feature staircase is very attractive and the quality of finish is good throughout. The top floor units are new-build with great terraces and roof-top views, whilst the lower-floor units have original features, large windows and high ceilings. The only factor that stops it scoring higher than it does is the run-of-the-mill kitchens and bathrooms
