Located on The Strand, it's a handsome glass-fronted block with fantastic west-facing views towards the Liver Building. We really love the eccentric modern design - it's refreshing to see a new-build block with some many quirky details and interesting layouts. Most of the apartments have large living spaces and the duplex penthouses are HUGE! The apartments on the front are sought-after, but we prefer the rear ones with their views across the quiet public courtyard and its famous water sculpture (which wasn't working when we last visited!). But Beetham Plaza is awarded our rare 10/10 luvthecity rating because it's one of the most sought-after addresses in town
