Magellan House is located at the entrance to Clarence Dock and is the only block with views of both the dock and the River Aire. It's a handsome looking building with an elegant curved elevation and a bright white-painted façade. There are 185 apartments and all have good-quality fittings and glass-fronted balconies. There are large public walkways surrounding the building and we think the dock looks best from this angle, especially from the south-facing apartments which look right down the length of the dock.
