This large 10-storey apartment block completes the eastern-side of the newly-created St. Paul's Square. It's a really quiet and pleasant location, near to the city centre, but peaceful at weekends. The block's triangular shape creates interesting room shapes and we really like the external finish. The cream tiled facade is attractive and the large glass-fronted balconies with their wooden slats are a nice touch. The kitchens and bathrooms are some of the nicest we've seen in Liverpool, and layouts are generous. All the apartments have views of the newly landscaped square and it's been done with great thought and care. The rest of the buildings on St. Paul's Square are commercial, so once the office workers have gone home the apartments are private and unoverlooked
