Armstrong Quay is one of the original waterfront developments in Liverpool, and despite its age, the block is still looking pretty good. It's a nicely designed, low-rise block, with red-brick elevations and iron-fronted balconies. We like the hexagonal shaped corner units and the top-floor apartments have interesting designs with sloping ceilings and large secluded balconies. The block is set in its own private grounds and the west-facing water views are hard to beat. It may be a good 15-minute drive into town (or more at rush hour) but it's quiet and definitely worth the journey
