The sheer scale of the development is quite daunting, so the architects have designed a wide range of styles, which have helped to break up what could have otherwise been a hulking monstrosity. The 15-storey tower on the north-side is elegant, the steel-clad blocks on the east-side are handsome and the green curved block on the south-side is one of our favourite pieces of contemporary architecture in Leeds.
