The black marble facade on the ground floor is attractive and we particularly like the wide glass-fronted internal balconies, they have large stone flooring and are perfect for the rubbish British weather! This L-shaped block surrounds a quiet private courtyard at the rear of the building and the contemporary facade contrasts well with the neighbouring Victorian houses. The 105 apartments are well designed, there are wooden floors throughout and the kitchens and bathrooms look great. And if that's not enough, the entrance foyet looks particularly classy with its 24-hour concierge, red leather sofa and gloss-black flooring
