This is our favourite warehouse conversion in Manchester, a large handsome structure with a lovely quiet waterside location. The interior quality is fantastic, the large loft apartments feature solid oak floors, exposed brick walls, iron columns and beamed ceilings. This is exactly how Victorian warehouses should be refurbished, with careful thought and great attention to detail. We particularly like the corner duplex units with their high ceilings and mezzanines.
